Saturn in Pisces
March 29th 2025 - February 2028
Saturn, the lord of time, has been a dominant force since 2020 as he transited through the two signs he rules, Capricorn and Aquarius. Today, March 29th, marks a monumental shift as Saturn moved into Pisces shortly after the lunar eclipse. With six planets currently in Pisces, our consciousness is drawn into the realm of the intangible and the unknown. This can feel disorienting if you’ve lived strictly in the material world and neglected self-inquiry. However, it’s never too late—Saturn will call upon you to look within.
This transition signals a profound shift in our collective and individual journeys. Saturn’s entrance today is like a dramatic stage performance following the solar eclipse, and he will now dance with Rahu, the north node of the moon (the eclipse maker), for the next 2 months, adding more theatrical conflict, so we must be aware. I will post more on that in the coming days…. stay tuned
Saturn brings necessary endings to pave the way for new beginnings, essential to our evolution. He urges us to mature and take responsibility in the areas of life he touches. Known for challenges, delays, and endings, Saturn awakens us from our obsession with pleasure, grounding us in reality and reminding us that our time here is short and precious. He forces us to confront the truth of our lives, encouraging us to live in the present and focus on what truly matters.
Though Saturn’s lessons are often tough, they are invaluable. He teaches us to respect time, commit to our responsibilities, and work diligently toward our greatness. Anything of lasting value in our lives has been shaped by Saturn’s influence.
However, Saturn’s energy can feel heavy when we resist change or cling to outdated paradigms. He places obstacles in our path to teach us patience and the importance of addressing what truly matters—often diverting us from our worldly goals and aspirations.
Pisces, the sign of the mystical and boundless, contrasts with Saturn’s structured and disciplined nature. During this transit, we may feel constrained as we’re called to face hard truths we’ve been ignoring. Often, we mistake sensory satisfaction for spirituality, indulging in “spiritual shopping” rather than true discipline.
Saturn demands rigorous practices like daily sadhana, a healthy lifestyle, and confronting our karma instead of avoiding it with distractions. True spiritual life includes tapas—the hard work we often resist, yet feels so good once we engage, such as waking early for yoga and meditation, avoiding mind-altering substances and engaging in seva, selfless service.
Saturn helps us persevere through challenges and commit to practices that uplift not only ourselves but also our communities and society as a whole. Rather than succumbing to bitterness or resentment, we’re called to take action and bring relief to others with compassion and sensitivity.
In Pisces, Saturn also encourages us to simplify and prioritize spirituality and connection over materialism. He asks us to loosen our attachments to material goods and focus on what truly nourishes our souls. By embracing practicality and spiritual awareness, we can navigate this transit with grace and purpose.
This is a time of profound transformation, where the mystical meets the practical, and we’re invited to align our lives with deeper truths and higher purpose.
