Collective Shift - Evolving Consciousness

Rahu & Ketu Shift into Aquarius and Leo

Do you know that we’re in the midst of a big collective shift since 3 major changes have been occurring in the sky within 6 weeks of one another:

First Saturn, the slowest moving planet that we can see with our naked eye, moved into Pisces on March 29 during a 6 body planetary line up and solar eclipse.

Then Jupiter, who takes one year to transition from one sign to another, moved into Gemini on May 14th.

And next, Rahu & Ketu, the nodes of the moon, which are invisible, mystical, mathematical points in the sky are making a move.  These shadow points, that are only visible during eclipses, are powerful representations of our hidden self, our inner urges, drives and rejections, so we are wise to watch them closely.

Rahu, the N Node of the moon represents what takes our attention into the world (what we are tempted to explore) and Ketu, the S Node, is what takes us out of the world (what we call moksha or liberation).

These 2 invisible points travel backwards, opposite to one another at all times, showing the polarity within ourselves that we struggle to understand.  They change signs every year and a half, and stir up the hidden debris within our collective and individual unconscious, revealing our neglected self and our destructive behaviours so they can be healed and transformed.  Thus, tracking Rahu and Ketu is essential to our self awareness, evolution and growth.

For the past 18 months, with Rahu and Ketu in Pisces and Virgo, we have been struggling with the concepts of dissolution and loss of control as we have watched old structures dissintegrate- it feels like we have been standing on quick sand, asking, what is real anymore?

When we feel this disorientation, we are meant to turn inward, to focus on our spiritual path and our true nature, beyond the material illusion of the world. However, many are misguided, don’t realize their power, and have fallen deeper into hopeless emotions. In desperation to escape pain, they turn to drugs and alcohol, sinking deeper into false connections, time wasting and losing oneself in media and fantasy.

So this shift of Rahu into Aquarius is much needed to awaken our minds to new solutions - how to build and upgrade our lives and society into its current dimension. Aquarius brings attention to the realm of innovative ideas, inventive thinking, scientific breakthroughs and exploration of the future of technology - no doubt we are in for major advances in the understanding of the universe, time, robotics, and how people will fit into this evolving high tech culture.

We cannot just sit by idly and watch, complaining and begrudging these advances. Instead, we need to wake up to our intelligence and participate in the creation of our future,

Aquarius represents the collective consciousness while Leo is the individual leadership each one of us carries within. At this time, we will need to shed our individual ego and self importance to see how we can become a servant to humanity.  We can do this by participating at our individual capacity - volunteering, participating in community projects, donating, helping, and noticing how our individual contribution improves the whole. Just simply deciding to consume less and be content with what you have will transform your life and impact the globe.

Ketu in Leo reminds us of the light within, beyond the ego, so in essence, as science proves what the ancient self always knew, we are humbly reminded of the grand consciousness which is steering this great ship, and we can weave spiritual wisdom back into our science and society, making us whole again.

Collectively, we will see major challenges with authority, as the people revolt, and there will be mind blowing advances in technology and scientific breakthroughs.

But what matters most is how you will participate… you are so important and yet a tiny part of the whole - can you see this?  I leave you with the image of the globe in darkness - if each of us turns on our individual light, can you see the glory of billions of sparkling lanterns?
